Investing in your mental health is one of the most meaningful things you can do for yourself and for the people around you.

I know cost can feel like a real barrier, and I want to be as transparent as possible about what to expect so there are no surprises.  Ascending View is currently out of network with insurance providers. That said, many clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits — typically somewhere between 40–80% back, depending on your plan. Before your first session, it's worth calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking: "Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits, and what is my reimbursement rate for outpatient therapy?" I can provide a monthly superbill that you submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement.

 A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who need them. If cost is a concern, please don't let that stop you from reaching out. Just mention it when you contact me, and we'll figure out what works. 

Individual Therapy - 53 minutes | $195

Couples Therapy - 53 minutes | $210
