Feeling stuck, lost, or just not yourself? I believe there's nothing wrong with you; rather, you're struggling because something happened to you. Engaging in therapy is a sign of strength and bravery. It's also a hopeful place to reconnect, grow, and learn more about yourself and those in your world.
Whether it's internal or relational dynamics you're struggling with, I'll provide you with the tools and space to become the version you want to be within yourself and with others. While you can expect me to highlight your strengths, I will also gently (and sometimes firmly) point out unhealthy behaviors, thoughts, and patterns and provide ways to improve your overall mental health and well-being. This will be a safe space to slow down, reflect, and decide how you want to live a life that aligns with your values and beliefs, while letting go of what isn't serving you anymore.
